triangulation standards

There are several specifications of triangulation networks according to the desired accuracy(first,second and third orders), my question this specification is country-dependent or not. If it is globally what the organization that build it and is there special standards for Egypt only

Second: Usually the standards are country-based. Each country develops its own standards for surveying practice, but they are very similar except in very view items. You can find, and download, a lot of standard materials from several countries that are collected in the following part of our e-library

For Egypt, I know that there is no national published standards. Dr. Gomaa Dawod proposed a set of GPS standards for Egypt (you can find that paper in the forum) but that is a personal view only! The Survey Authority has some kind of standards for its employees, but it is not published!! They only follow it in their work inside ESA
